HIS präsentiert die HD 7730 iSilence 5 mit 2GB DDR3. Diese passive Grafikkarte bietet ein ordentliches Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und ist vor allem auf HTPCs, Einsteiger-PCs, Office-Lösungen sowie aktuelle Spiele in mittlerer Auflösung ausgelegt.
Die HIS HD 7730 iSilence 5 trumpft vor allem mit ihrem niedrigen Stromverbrauch und der Vermeidung jeglicher störender Betriebsgeräusche auf. Die Grafikkarte bezieht ihre Stromversorgung gänzlich vom Mainboard, ein zusätzlicher Stromanschluss ist nicht vonnöten.
Unter Volllast verbraucht die  HD 7730 iSilence 5 lediglich 50 Watt, die Features PowerTune und ZeroCore ermöglichen ein zusätzliches Stromsparen.
PowerTune überwacht die GPU-Auslastung und passt die Taktraten automatisch an, Durch die ZeroCore Technology werden im Leerlauf weniger als 8 Watt verbraucht, im Standby wird die GPU sogar komplett abgeschaltet.
Trotz geringem Verbrauch garantieren 384 Stream-Prozessoren der Core-Next-Generation, eine Taktrate von 800 MHz und 2GB DDR3 eine ordentliche Leistung.
Bis zu zwei Monitore werden von der HD 7730 iSilence 5 unterstützt, ebenso wie OpenCL 1.2, mit dem sich Inhalte auf der Grafikkarte besonders schnell berechnen lassen, und auch die DirectX 11.1-Schnittstelle ist bereits enthalten.
Die HD 7730 iSilence 5 ist Quad-HD-Ready und mit Videoprozessor, 7.1 Surround-Ausgabe und 3D-Features nicht nur für Einsteiger-PCs, sondern auch zum Aufrüsten älterer Systeme geeignet.
